I found Acid Computer services to be professional and responsive to my needs. From the outset they understood my brief and developed it into a tool which has added value into my business from day one. I dealt directly with the business owner who kept me regularly informed of the progress of the assignment despite his other ongoing projects.
The area which really stood out for me when dealing with Acid was their excellent customer service. They always returned my calls / emails, dealt with other 3rd parties on my behalf and offered help and advice on areas that they were not tasked at looking at.
Moreover, throughout our project we encountered several problems (all being by other 3rd party software providers) which prevented us achieving our end goal. Despite these unforeseen complications, Acid were adaptable and came up with, in some cases even better, solutions to the problems.
I am extremely pleased with the end products I bought from Acid and would not hesitate in recommending them as a business.
